Standard Return Policy

1. The customer has 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within the return period and we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. It’s that simple!
3. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition and show no signs of wear or use including, but not limited to, belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
4. Only items that have been purchased directly from Ayers Music (https://www.ayersmusic.com/) can be returned. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Ayers Music product you may return it for a full product refund (excluding shipping fee) from 14 days you received it.
